Free Shipping

• Canada & USA orders over $300 ship free, except:
  

• Heavy items (e.g., Himalayan salt products, soapstone, Break Your Own Geodes, boulders etc.)  shipping will be charged. Heavy products are marked on the product page, as well as in your cart.

• Remote/territorial addresses, standard shipping will be charged.

Flat Rate Shipping

• Within Canada: Orders under $300 that aren’t heavy and aren't remote, ship for a $19 flat rate.

• Within US: Orders under $300 that aren’t heavy and aren't remote, ship for a $55 flat rate. This increased shipping charge is due to increased carrier difficulties in shipping across the border.

 

Shipping Insurance 

If You Purchased Shipping Insurance (3% of order value):

• Coverage for loss, theft, or significant damage that makes the item unusable.
  

• Stolen packages: must be reported within 10 days of delivery with a police report or sworn statement.
  

• Damaged items: must include clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage, reported within 10 days of delivery.
  

• Lost shipments: claim may be filed if no tracking updates occur for 10 consecutive days.
  

• Approved claims are replaced with the same item if available, otherwise refunded or credited.

If You Didn’t Purchase Insurance:

• We’ll still help file a claim with the carrier, but coverage is limited to what they’ll pay (which may be less than your order total).
