We know that COVID-19 is on everyone's mind right now. We’re seeing it on the news and we’re all hearing it being discussed by family and friends. I want to assure our customers, the current situation is our topmost priority.

At heart, my priority has always been to provide you with a safe space where you feel free to escape the pressures of modern life and focus on your health and well-being. The hysteria is basically Media's doing; the 24/7 coverage can make everything seem monumental, that being said, the virus is here and it's real, and I and my team members are taking every possible measure to make sure that you are safe at all times.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you just some of the many preventative measures we are implementing to create an environment that is safe and secure for everyone.

What we are doing

Cleanliness: We have increased cleaning in the store and the spa, and have Associates dedicated to cleaning key areas throughout the day.

Access to the Site: We are closely monitoring guests and employees alike for symptoms. Anyone who has symptoms or knows someone who is unwell, will be asked to return home, thus creating a safe environment for all.

Social Distancing: We are significantly reducing our Spa's capacity; we are limiting our Salt Room sessions to Private only, which means only one person will be in the salt room at a time, only to keep our guests at a safe distance.

Free Appointment Cancellation: Finally, we are lifting our cancellation policy. If you, or someone you know feels unwell, we invite you to cancel or reschedule – free of charge and no questions asked. You can do this at any time, including the day of your reservation, simply by responding to your confirmation email.

Store: We are doing our very best to stock up our inventory. We are continuously following up with our suppliers, and our Associates and partners are working hard to fulfill every order placed by you, whether online or in-person.

Associates: Finally, we will always be there for our Associates. We’ve asked our Associates who aren't feeling well to feel confident staying home and we will be there to support them.

Rest assured, we will always put your health and security first so that we can continue to provide you with a safe haven to unwind, find your strength, and feel fortified.

We are temporarily closing our Spa, the store front as well as the wholesale wareshouse as per governmental regulations, but we will return soon and continue providing you the best therapeutic services and products that rok.
