We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in Canadian and U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be shipped. We don't usually accept back orders, except if it is for a special arrangement. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

- We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Should you wish to return an item(s), please call (519) 579-1747 during regular business hours for a Return Authorization Form and Number (RFA#).
- Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition.
- Return shipping cost and insurance is the customer`s responsibility.
- A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. We do not credit or refund shipping charges.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned.
- If you receive the item damaged, immediately inform the transporter and StoneBridge and we will replace the item as soon as possible.

- Shipping Time -- In order to select the right product for you, please allow 3 to 5 days for order processing, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most simple orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day though. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
- We always get back to you before shipping in order to fine tune the order.
- All orders are packaged with extreme care to prevent breakage. Orders more than $250 will be insured and charged accordingly.
- Most domestic orders will be sent priority mail unless otherwise requested.
- If you need your order ASAP, let us know how you want it sent, and we will send your final invoice with the shipment.
- We ship by regular mail and express couriers (FedEx, UPS, TNT and Canada Post Express). It depends on the weight or volume ordered.
- You agree to all terms of the transaction, which include a description of your purchase, sale price and shipping information.
- All shipping are at customer expenses, unless there is a promotion. We may charge you handling fee on some orders.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by StonebridgeImports.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Every order is subject to HST tax. Exception is for business international orders.
* HST tax applies to all Canadian customers (all Provinces).
* Customers abroad are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and fees falling on importing orders.

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
